The Association of Environmental and Consumer Education (ADEAC) has granted, once again, the Monte Real Club de Yates marina, the blue flag for the environmental care of its infrastructures, the quality of its waters and the excellence of its services. nautical services.
The prestigious distinction, which has the backing of UNESCO and the World Tourism Organization, recognizes the good management that the club carries out in its facilities through a specific environmental plan, which includes actions related to water, waste, energy consumption, safety or health, among other actions.
The Monte Real Yacht Club has flown the blue flag uninterruptedly (except for one year) since 1988. In this 2016 we are one of the 100 Spanish marinas (18 of them Galician) to which the distinction was awarded.
