XXIX Prince of Asturias Trophy 2014

The Prince of Asturias Trophy is, since its creation in 1986, the most important regatta organized by the Monte Real Yacht Club.
Every September, for three days, the elite of the national and international fleet meets in Baiona to enjoy this sailing festival, which combines competition with numerous leisure activities. Along with the traditional sporting events, in which everyone has a place (regatta sailboats, cruisers, monotypes, classics…), breakfasts, meetings, tastings, fireworks, parties… are also organized.
It is, in short, an attractive meeting for sailors from all over the world to enjoy together the passion they share: sailing.
On the days of the celebration of the Prince of Asturias Trophy, the National Sailing Awards are also handed out.
