Held the elections of the Monte Real Club de Yates on the afternoon of Friday, November 27, the result of the votes was as follows:
- Votes cast: 604
- Votes for the candidacy of José Luis Álvarez: 328
- Votes for the candidacy of Javier de la Gándara: 274
- Blank votes: 2
- Null votes: 0
With these results, José Luis Álvarez becomes the new president of the Monte Real Club de Yates, and the new board of directors of the club is made up as follows:

Dear partners,
Fulfilling the commitment we made in April, we are pleased to announce that at a meeting of the Board of Directors on October 26, 2015, it was agreed to call a General Assembly for next November 27, with the only item on the order of Election day of the Board of Directors of the Monte Real Club de Yates.
As you know, the electoral process begins with the proclamation of those candidacies that are presented, all those members who wish to present a candidacy in accordance with the provisions of the statutes, may do so until November 12, included.
The Electoral Board, which will be designated by lottery before a Notary Public, the result of which will be published on the club’s website www.mrcyb.es and the club’s bulletin board, will be in charge of announcing the different candidacies, as well as ensuring the smooth running of the electoral process.
Once the candidatures have been announced, through the club’s website and by mail, you will be informed of the composition of the candidatures presented.
You can exercise your right to vote, either directly at the General Assembly on the 27th, or, if you cannot attend, delegating the vote to any other member who has the right to vote and who is going to be present at it, to In this case, as always, we enclose a ballot for the delegation of the vote.
All the information related to the elections will be available to all members in the section created for this purpose at www.mrcyb.es.
The club’s administration staff is at your disposal to attend to any questions or doubts regarding the General Assembly and the electoral process.
